With green, do you mean if it has a green tint? I just went through some of the photos which I took when the screen acted up, and saw that on one occasion, I did have a green tint on the entire display (had the same issue with a red tint also). I logged out and back in, and the issue persisted only a restart can fix it." That's why I'm asking if you have something else to boot to. Sorry for the big URL too lazy to use Tiny URL. That GPU ball grid array problem looks different:

The weird thing about your problem is that the distortion is contained wholely within the display and the tool bar is rendered perfectly (AFAICS).
#Does spotifree still work install
So do you have another OS or an original install disk to boot into? Thanks a lot in advance for your help and support I've read about the issue that 15" and 17" Early 2011 MacBook Pros with dedicated graphics are having, but as I have the integrated graphics only, that cannot be the problem, I guess. The first example happened while I was repairing the Aperture Library Database, and the fans were running on full. It might be worth mentioning, that this happens when the system is being stressed. Every now and then, the screen (external) would flicker with pixelated bits everywhere (it looked a bit like when you fast forward or rewind a Mini DV tape), and then return back to normal.
#Does spotifree still work skin
I was editing an image, in Aperture, brushing in the skin smoothing adjustment, and using the blur tool. I logged out and back in, and the issue persisted only a restart can fix it. When I switch on the monitor, the internal display flashes off and on like it has recognised an external display, (and I can move the cursor off the screen – I use extended display mode), but the monitor stays blank. I can turn the monitor off and on again, and it will just tell me "No Signal" (everything is connected properly – Mini DP to DP). What usually happens, is that after waking the computer from sleep, it will sometimes not recognise my monitor (LG EA93). Hello everyone, for a couple of months, I have been having a problem, where the screen of my MacBook Pro would become scrambled.
